Bokit Workshop
Levo (pronounced Leh-vo) is Latin for “To Lift Up.” Levo was founded as a social enterprise whose mission is to empower people to end poverty by using hydroponics as a way to create opportunity, promote sustainability, and get healthy food into the hands of those who need it most. Come hear from Levo’s founder and create a bokit.
The bokit system is a non-circulating system constructed out of a 14 gallon bin. This system requires no electricity and minimal maintenance. It is designed primarily for leafy greens such as lettuces, bok Choi, herbs, and so on. It is capable of growing 15 plants. ($45pp)
The herb jar is a mini version of this, it is made out of a mason jar that you can set on your windowsill designed to grow a single herb plant. ($9pp)
