Karen is a longtime resident of Hartford, CT, and has built her career on creating welcoming spaces and fostering meaningful connections among people.
Before joining the church, Karen worked in both Engineering and Manufacturing industries in a Talent Acquisition capacity, where she developed a reputation for her warmth, organization, and commitment to helping others feel valued and included. She currently serves on the fundraising committee for Compass Youth Collaborative, supporting programs that empower and uplift young people in the community.
Outside of her professional and volunteer work, Karen enjoys journaling, traveling, and spending time with family, friends and her dog Kairo. She is excited to contribute her experience and enthusiasm to the life and mission of the church.
