Where: Asylum Hill Congregational Church

What: The Vision Weekend is the third step of our transition process. Our purpose and hopes for the weekend are to

  • connect us into closer community with one other, honoring our history, acknowledging past challenges, and celebrating our successes;
  • clarify the ways we live our faith through our Mission Statement, Core Values, Statement of Inclusiveness and Diversity, and our Statement of Faith, realizing our call, as Christians, to love one another, our community, and our world;
  • shape our Church Profile, which will help ministers consider a call to lead this congregation.

Who: All members and friends of Asylum Hill Congregational Church. There will be programming and activities for children and youth, as their participation is vital for our future. Childcare provided for preschool–age 4; age-appropriate programs for K–grade 8. High Schoolers (grades 9-12) are invited to participate in the adult programming.

Come and be a part of this weekend, as we continue the joyful work of our transition process.
