Children's Music

At AHCC we believe that music is a window to the Creator, and experiencing this gift helps to create a life-long appreciation for using music to praise God. AHCC's children's music program gives children from preschool through fifth grade opportunities to participate in a variety of musical experiences.

As part of the Spirit Hill Christian Education program on Sunday mornings, children participate in a weekly music module. Led by church members and members of the choir, the Cherub Choir (grades K-2) and Children’s Choir (grades 3-5) learn musical skills and songs of the faith, participate in worship throughout the year, and play a big role in the annual Christmas Pageant.

All children in grades 3 through 6 can participate in the children’s musical for an additional music and faith building experience each spring. Led by Dan Campolieta and Christen Hernandez, rehearsals for the musical meet after worship from 11:30am – 12:30pm in late winter and spring with the children's musical being presented during worship in April or May.
