Sound Meditation

Join us for a relaxing and rejuvenating sound meditation experience led by Sara Billings. Using soothing “singing bowls,” Sara will guide participants through a calming journey designed to quiet the mind and restore balance.

Sound meditation offers wonderful benefits for both mental and physical well-being, helping reduce stress and promote relaxation.

Everyone is welcome! Come dressed comfortably and feel free to bring a yoga mat or towel if you’d like to lie down. Chairs will also be available for those who prefer to sit.

No registration required — just come as you are and enjoy!
