Pizza and Puzzle Nights
Members and friends of AHCC are invited to come together to help assemble a massive 60,000-piece puzzle entitled, “What a Wonderful World.” With winter bearing down on the Northeast, finding ways to be productive indoors can be hard, but the puzzle project is one way to live into the church’s annual theme, “To Know and Be Known.”
During Lent we will offer opportunities for a light (pizza) supper and puzzle-making! Lent is often thought of as a time when Christians give something up as a way of mirroring the 40 days Jesus spent in the wilderness, alone. But Lent is the perfect time to lean into community, a time to be together. And who doesn’t love pizza and puzzles?
Come for a fun night of food and friendship! Members and friends from all age groups and backgrounds can find common ground as we work together toward a shared goal. Drinks (and some pizza) will be provided, but attendees are encouraged to bring their favorite pizza to share.
