Ministry Team Education Meeting

Join Vice Moderator Frank Virnelli for an informative session about Ministry Teams – a model for organizing the leadership of the church in a way that invites more people into ministry in areas they are passionate about.

There are six Ministry Teams (Administration & Operations, Early Life Faith Formation, Adult Faith Formation, Nurture & Engagement, Justice & Outreach, Music & Arts) divided into Working Groups focused on specific areas within the Team. There are no nominations, elections, or term limits, allowing folks to plug in to areas they are passionate about and have energy behind.

Because changing the leadership structure involves changing the bylaws, on October 20, we will hold a special meeting of the congregation to vote on this change.
