Museum Tour – Mental Health Exhibit

Common Struggle/Individual Experience – An Exhibition About Mental Health (Guided Tour) at Connecticut Historical Society. The group will meet at the front entrance (located at One Elizabeth Street in Hartford) just before 10am.

This exhibition explores how society has sought and continues to seek care for the mind and mental health. Letters, photographs, and other artifacts will help share the experiences of our fellow state residents from the past. Oral history interviews, recorded in 2020 and 2021, will share the perspectives of people today. After the tour, anyone interested can meet for lunch at Parkville Market (1400 Park Street Hartford).
