Holy Week in an Afternoon

Come on out for an experiential tour where participants visit two locations to encounter four events of Holy Week in one afternoon through a retelling of the final days of Jesus’ life on earth. The two locations are Palm Sunday and Maundy Thursday (AHCC), and Good Friday and Easter (Bushnell Park).

How does it work?
Start on “Palm Sunday” in the garden at AHCC (start times, 3:00, 3:30, or 4:00)
Move on to “Maundy Thursday” in the AHCC sanctuary

Drive to Bushnell Park

Experience “Good Friday” in Bushnell Park at the corner of Elm & Trinity Streets (an abundance of free parking on Elm St)
Finally, celebrate “Easter Morning” in Bushnell Park

The stations will take participants through Holy Week using scripture, music, and experiential activities.

In case of inclement weather, ALL events will be held at AHCC.
