The new year is the proverbial resolution moment, yet we notoriously fail in our commitments year after year. Most people see resolutions as pull-yourself-up-by-your-bootstraps affairs, where we furrow our brow and try to muscle up a behavior change. Scripture doesn’t see transformation that way. Rather, it is the renovation and renewal of our minds that God creates when we open ourselves to it. Partnering with God, transformation occurs when changed attitudes lead to changed behavior.

In this six-week-course, our longtime friend, Rev. Dr. Allen Hilton, will lead an interactive lecture to help us merge the biblical and neuro-scientific to understand how God transforms our attitudes with habit-changing behavioral work that reveals the power of enduring change.
