Thanksgiving Community Dinner

November 26, 2020 - 1:00pm to 3:00pm

We are so thankful for our neighbors and our faithful church volunteers. As we "gather together to ask the Lord's blessing" this holiday, may we all continue to be a blessing to one another.

For the Thanksgiving holiday, AHCC volunteers will prepare and serve a meal for our neighborhood family. The Community Thanksgiving Dinner is a FREE, traditional Thanksgiving meal, provided, prepared, and served by volunteers and donations. Together we can celebrate community and give thanks. All are welcome!

You are invited to be a part of this very special Thanksgiving Community Meal!

With many folks unable to travel to be with family this year, and many in our community dealing with a lack of resources, we are honored to share a meal with you and our neighbors.

There are several ways you can be a part of this ministry:

  • set up and help serve the meal
  • help cook mashed potatoes and/or pies
  • donate shelf stable food items
  • help get the word out by "flyering" the neighborhood (flyers provided)
AND if you can't volunteer, come on down to pick up a meal for yourself or your family!
We are planning on preparing 250 meals.
If you can help in any way, please contact Kyle Cannon at, or click here to sign up to donate food items
