We hope that the information in this guide provides information that will help you manage financially while unemployed, and help you become re-employed.
2-1-1 is Connecticut's free, confidential information, referral,
and crisis intervention service. They are available by phone 24/7
from anywhere in Connecticut. Just dial 2-1-1 and a trained
specialist will answer your call any time of day or night. 2-1-1 is
a program of the United Way of Connecticut and the State of
