Care Teams
Care Teams are a vital part of the ministry of AHCC and coordinate efforts to support families with special needs i.e. families in crisis. If a crisis arises and a Care Team would be warranted it can be arranged by contact June Day, Pastoral Care Associate, at jday@ahcc.org.
