Guidelines for Submissions to Publications
of Asylum Hill Congregational Church

 

Asylum Hill Congregational Church events and activities, may be submitted for publication electronically by church boards, organizations, staff and clergy.

All submissions will be reviewed by the staff and communications board members before appearing in print or the church web site. AHCC reserves the right to edit any submissions. We cannot, however, check the details of the event, and won't take responsibility for inaccurate information. Please contact the appropriate staff or volunteer member should you have corrections or changes after submission.

When entering event information - please keep in mind::

  • Submit the event information 6 weeks prior to event date, for maximum exposure -- see publication deadline requirement below.
  • Make sure to select the proper category for the event
  • Enter a correct Email address for reply
  • Include your contact information so we can contact you in case we have questions or require additional information.
  • Fill out all information required as completely as possible. Listings with missing information are less likely to get published
