1. Because we have limited storage we can only accept seasonal items.

Autumn clothing before the shop closes in June or again in September.
Winter clothing between October and December.
Spring clothing between January and March.
Summer clothing during April and May.

2. Clothing, especially men’s coats and slacks, should be tagged with the size.

3. Men’s underwear and women’s lingerie must be new, with tags.
We cannot accept used underwear. Lightly used socks and PJ’s are welcome.

4. Donations must be clean, including stuffed animals and cloth toys, washable clothing and bedding.

5. Consider the age, style and amount of wear of all clothing. Our volunteer power is limited, and it takes additional workers to dispose of things we can’t use.

6. Good children’s shoes and boots are needed. Heavily-worn shoes do not sell.

7. Appliances must have safe cords and be in working condition. (toaster ovens, coffee makers, hair dryers, etc.)

8. Items folded, boxed or on hangers is very appreciated. Donations stuffed in garbage bags are often not presentable for immediate transfer to our display rooms.
